There are delightful harbours, sluices, museums and charming outdoor cafes. You can enjoy the view of passing ships and the lively harbour. The holiday home is ideal for lovers of water sports. The whole area has a relaxed atmosphere and exudes warm hospitality. You can enjoy walks and cycle trips along Lake Ijssel and take a boat out. The historic towns of Enkhuizen, Medemblik and Alkmaar make excellent day trips. The exciting city of Amsterdam and the North Sea Coast are also well worth a visit.
